Bar Sawing
Precision CNC Cold Saw cutting provides economical machine
shop quality surfaces and extremely close tolerances on high production cutting jobs. Standard saw cutting is available on all products in all quantities.
Aluminum Plate Sawing
We saw cut aluminum plate through 12” thick. In addition to standard sawing, close tolerance, precision saw cutting is available on all quantities of plate.
Custom Extrusions
Aluminum has the ability to be extruded in an infinite number of custom designed cross-sections. These custom extrusions can be designed to your exact needs to save money on machining costs and reduced scrap. We can design and develop a custom extrusion.
Delivery
Each of our 11 regional warehouses has its own fleet of Pennsylvania Steel trucks driven by our drivers. Next day delivery is commonplace. Same day pick up is also available.
Stocking
JIT Stocking Programs, Dedicated inventory programs for high volume items or non-standards.
Plate Burning
Our CNC plasma & oxy-fuel steel plate cutting services are performed with precision. We hold dimensional tolerances & cut custom parts up to 8″ thick.
Shearing
Metal shearing is a precision cutting process used to produce clean, straight cuts in metal sheets, ideal for manufacturing & fabrication needs. We can readily meet your requirements for a range of jobs up to 3/8″ thickness for stainless & 1/2″ for carbon & aluminum.
